Our barbell based personal training programs can help you build muscle, burn fat, increase strength and flexibility, decrease the effects of ageing and make everyday life just that little bit easier.
The Beginner Program
This is where those who are new to strength training will begin. We teach you how to squat, bench press and deadlift, safely and with perfect technique.
Most people start with our light training barbell until they feel confident enough to add weight to the bar. Strength comes quickly and easily at this stage.
The Intermediate Program
If you've already built a decent strength base and have experience with the three lifts, our intermediate program will help take you to the next level.
At this stage we introduce variations of the three lifts to address individual goals or weaknesses.
The Powerlifting Program
Whether you're interested in competing, looking to break a plateau or just like the idea of breaking your own personal records, this is the program for you.
Here we find out what you're really capable of as we build towards the heaviest weight you can possibly lift for one rep in the squat, bench press and deadlift.
Price: £20 Per Session
There are no contracts, no joining fees and no memberships here at The Barbell Gym. You just pay for the sessions you want, whenever you want them.
